Sale before 23rd July or on after 23rd July
Before 23rd July 20% is capital gain tax after indexation.
On or after 23rd July 12.5% is capital gain tax without indexation.
But for resident individual and huf have the option to choose indexation or without indexation option to choose.
No indexation option for NRI non resident seller
